We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without giving prior notice.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The VPE healthcare therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability, or otherwise.

Claim Policy

Since we integrate the medical shop and pharmaceutical supplier by our mobile application, the Vpe healthcare does not accept returns or exchange of the purchased products at any time. Sold goods cannot be returned, however, if stocks are damaged during transportation or any financial issue develops about medical shops advance payment, Vpe healthcare can take the responsibility and resolve issue in 24 hours depending on the concerned proofs submitted by the medical shop, or can lodge a complaint at support@vpehealthcare.com. We will not accept any packages sent without authorisation, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Once order is placed and paid the amount, it is not possible to cancel the order who placed it.. However, they can call Vpe customercare team and make a request within 2 Hrs. So Vpe can request the company to reject the order. But it is not a guarenteed service, it all depends on how manufacturer responds it.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. In such cases payment will be redeposited in the medical shop account from the account he paid.

Shipping Conditions

No Shipping charges, Delivery charges or any kind of charges to medical shops, It is free to medical shops.

The delivery date is displayed to the medical shop at the time order placing. However, it is possible, the delivery may be delayed if the Seller or logistic people have a holiday between the day order placed or the delivery may be delayed in extreme climatic conditions. In this case, we add a day or two days to from the estimated date.

There will be cut-off time every day to cancel the order. After cut-off time Sellers ship the items with their own cost. Medical shop will get confirmatory mail, along with invoice copy. Hard copy will be sent with the stocks.

You will receive an email from The VPE healthcare when your order has been confirmed. If you still have not received your purchase after the above mentioned times, please notify support@vpehealthcare.com.
