All the stocks purchased by medical shops cannot be returned. No such logistic provision is available in Vpe healthcare.

Damage Policy

If a medical shop receives the damaged stock from the transporter, a complaint needs to be submitted through mobile application. The medical shop needs to follow SOP (Standard Operating Process) mentioned in the Vpe app, to avail refund facility. This needs to be done immediately after receiving the stock from courier or Transporter, without delay. The refund amount will be credited to the medical shop's registered bank account, within 24 hours.

Once order is placed and paid the amount, it is not possible to cancel the order who placed it.. However, they can call Vpe customercare team and make a request within 2 Hrs. So Vpe can request the company to reject the order. But it is not a guarenteed service, it all depends on how manufacturer responds it.

Rejection

The company can cancel the order before cut-off time, if they are not interested to execute that particular order. In this case, the money will be refunded immediately to the medical shop’s registered bank account. Medical shop needs to place a fresh order again.
